Use rsync, - it is much better than ftp resume.

rsync -avc --progress --stats\
mirror.aarnet.edu.au:redhat/redhat-6.2/iso/zoot-i386.iso \
/path/to/iso/on/your/filesystem

mirror.aarnet.edu.au is up to date.
