I have not used this myself, however I can see your point, I would send the
comment to whoever's package it is especially if it is OpenSSH, they could
possibly easily ad or modify the package, the RPM packager of OpenSSH is in
Australia, Damien Miller IIRC ..   key-admin would be a good link ....
