How is a "W32" anything virus actually relevant to Linux?

If you meant, instead that "it is not relevant to linux" then I can only
suggest, really, that you contact McAfee/Network Solutions...if their
anti-virus product is supposed to be able to eradicate this virus, and it
is not doing so, then it is only fair that you take it up with them and
get them to do so.
