Here's a console

I just ftpd to that directory and they are all the packages I already have
on my system, openssl-09.5a-14, devel, python, perl. What did you have to
begin with? What did you install/upgrade first? I guess I didn't say in my
original post, but I was upgrading 0.9.6 from 0.9.5a. Do I need to force an
installation?

I need some aspirins.
