you just need the XFree86-devel for your current version of XFree86

I downloaded the most recent Wine RPM from the primary wine website and tried to do a:

rpm -i wine<etc>.rpm

out of which I got the error that it was missing a couple of dependencies:
libXv.so.1 and libXxf86.so.1
