If your cd drive is bootable, put disc 1 in it and reboot. If it isn't
there's a file called rawrite that creates disk images from the raw
images on the disk. Rawrite is in the dosutils directory. The files
you'll need to write (the images) are in the images directory. There's a
doc in dosutils that explain the use of rawrite (named, appropriately,
rawrite.doc).
That oughta get you going.
