Samba Files Security Related Issue

Hi,

I have a /users partition with 1777 security bit.  Clients running win95 and
win98.

I wanted to allow users to create folders and files within the /users folder
but after the creation,

	1.  	Directory can't be changed or move   -   due to users always lost
their folders at a wrong drag of mouse
	2.	Files created can be read, write, re-write but cannot be deleted.  -  To
protect unhappy employee from deleting crucial data.
