Yes, but only because it's too late anyway? :)

What I would have recommended otherwise, is to grab the 
kdeadmin-2.2-3.src.rpm from that site, and then run:
rpm -rebuild kdeadmin-2.2-3.src.rpm
(This recompiles fairly quickly (~5-10 minutes))

I suspect that would have solved the dependency, although I have no 
means to test it here.
