How to add E-mail disclaimer on every E-mail sent

Hi, I need to add a disclaimer to every e-mail that my mail server sends.
This is over an above any signatures that the mail client may add.

I am using RH 6.2 and Sendmail 8.9.3, with procmail etc.

How do I go about this? I have tried looking at the man pages for sendmail
and procmail, and assume that I would need to create some form of recipe,
but haven't a clue as to how these work.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
