dns update

I'm haveing problems with my dns root file update. The problem is that I get 
this connection timeout error:

[root math named]# dig @rs.internic.net . ns > root.hints.new
;; res_nsend to server rs.internic.net  198.41.0.6: Connection timed out
[root math named]#

Which other server can I use to connect with dig and get the root file.
