Telnet is bad, and you shouldn't use it - use ssh instead.

They're also off by default - security in the default configuration is
very important. You were only asked if you wanted a firewall, not if
you wanted these services active.
To turn it on (don't! Use ssh - it's more secure and more
userfriendly), do "chkconfig telnet on" and "service xinetd reload"
