Try these, perhaps.
[root seawolf /etc]# rpm -qf /usr/lib/libndbm.a
db2-devel-2.4.14-5
[root seawolf /etc]# rpm -qf /usr/include/db1/ndbm.h
db1-devel-1.85-5
