Should install with np's as I didn't have any.  Although if your installing
fresh, I'd get the 7.1 version and use that since it's more up to date.  If
your not familiar with that particular HP desktop, I would do a hardware
comparison to see if it has anything that isn't compatible or has issues
although if it is using along same chipsets that I have on mine you should
be ok.
