Apache INDEX.CGI

Dear Friends,
I have a webpage that the main is INDEX.CGI, I don't know how I should setup
my apache alias to run the cgi without writing the name of it at the end of
alias.
http://www.test.com/cgi/INDEX.CGI  <-- will work
http://www.test.com/cgi/ <--- does Not :(
please help me what I should do that my server work with the second line :(

P.S. I used DirectoryIndex INDEX.CGI in my location filed but it doesn't
work
