Moving hard disk from hdc1 to hda1

Hi to all.

 I have a box with two hard disk
(primary master (hda1) with Win98 and secondary primary (hdc1) with
Linux)
to make the boot I use the floppy. I would shift the hard disk from hdc1
to
hda1 position. How I must do ?
So to change a secondary master ( hdc1) to a primary master ( hda1 ),
how I
have to change /etc/lilo file and the disk boot ?
