apache 1.3.20 bug

Hi,

   I found a bug in apache 1.3.20.  The problem is when I change a page and
upload it into my server.  Apache doesn't show the new page immediately.  It
still show the old one, then, a few minutes later, it shows a new and old
one by overlapping each others.  What is the problem ?? using apache-1.3.20
+ modssl + openssl + mysql + php 4.0.5
