Re: Soundcard



Hi statux,

now I use snd-card-intel8x0 provided in alsa-drivers. this problem is solved. but when I cat /proc/asound/sndstat, I got such message "Audio device: not enabled in configure; Synth device: not enabled in configure; Midi devices: not enabled in configure". And when I tried to cat /dev/sndstat, I got "no such device", although it was there.

If you get that initialization information, then it supports it.. provided
settings are right and that's the correct driver etc :)

do a: cat /dev/sndstat

see what you come up with.
