simple solution: but I checked the two Binary CD's for
RH 7.1 on my running 6.2 (with an updated rpm-4.02, if
I remember the number correctly ...) for the MD5 sums
of the 7.1 packages with this command:
rpm -K --nogpg --nopgp *.rpm
and the result was: all MD5 of the packages were OK ...
you think it's possible in spite of this result that the
CD's are bad?
