rpm wants the dependencies resolved. Download the required packages, and 
install them together. I don't believe you need inn-devel, but I could be 
mistaken. If all the packages are in the same directory, from that 
directory, simply run:
rpm -ivh cleanfeed*.rpm inn*.rpm inn-devel*.rpm
