RE: NFS Problem revisited

When I mount /var/spool/mail to a few Irix systems, mail was not getting
delivered. mailq was showing tons of qued mail with the same problem 'no
locks available'.

/var/spool/mail was exported from a RH 7.1 machine.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

I'm exporting RH 7.2 f/s to HP-UX 10.10 & Solaris 7.1

I missed your original descreiption of your nfs weirdness. if you
redescribe I'll see if it is reproduceable in either of these
environemnts.

You can release software that's good, software that's inexpensive, or
software that's available on time. You can usually release software
that has 2 of these 3 attributes -- but not all 3.
