Are you saying that both hosts are running RH 7.0?  Or does the new host
feature all new software as well?  Are they both running the same version of
mysql?  Did you grant the same permissions to the same users as part of the
database setup on the new host?  Did you transfer the database correctly?
Are the apache config files identical on the two machines?

And then there is the excellent suggestion that has already been made to
post the error messages received.  It would also be helpful to now what the
logs say, if anything.  (Do you have MySQL logging enabled?  I don't know if
it logs connections...)
