Since I keep seeing this and nobody answers:

Yes. It has been intermittent for days. Keep trying at different times
of the day/night. I got through twice and failed about a dozen times.

RH7.2 is coming out soon, in case you missed it. The servers might be in
flux while things get set up for that.
