The ones with i386 in the name are the distribution. Those have the meat
on them. The ones with SRPMS in the name are source rpms and are needed
to recompile the rpms for optimzation or whatever other reason one might
have for recompiling them. There's also a 'doc' directory that can be
accessed above that directory that has all of the documentation that's
usually on a 'doc' CD that comes with the distro. That's mostly a whole
lot of HOWTOs and such.
