Does ipmasqadm come default with RH or do we need to install it using RPM ?
or do i need to recompile the kernel or so ?

You can use ipmasqadm with a portfw rule for this. Do a yahoo search for
"ipmasqadm" and it should be the first result.
Note that you will have to use a different port for each machine you want
people to connect to. And you will have to tell your ssh clients to use these
ports instead of the standard port 22.
