I've finally got all the images - (you know, I'm the patient one :))
MD5SUM tells me everything is hunky dory!
Then I burn using Nero 5.5, and the suggested setting from the Nero site
(where they use RH 6.2 as example).
Basically, I leave the settings at default.
When I start the install (This happens on graphic, text or even rescue mode
I get these error messages on these terminals:
VT1:
------
self.partedFileSystemType = parted.file_system_file_get("ext2")
parted.error: unknown file system type
VT3:
------
a whole heap of :
error 2 reading header: cpio: Bad magic
when it's trying to insmod modules
VT4:
-----
Unable to identify CD-ROM format
VFS: Can't find ext2 filesystem on dev loop (7,0)
Nero setting wrong? Try other software? What?
Thanks
