Hi Anand,
The VNC side is not problem and there is plenty of docs out there so I won't
repeat them. Just do a google and it'll list a load of them.
DISCLAIMER: The following may be complete twaddle.
Have a look at the X docs, and the files in /etc/X11/xdm. These files
control which servers get started automatically when you enter run-level 5.
You should be able to do something here.
