I have Telocity and it has worked great for me.  I run 4 domains and email
works great with all of them.  I used to have Bellsouth which was the worst
and my email would get kicked from certain ISPs like AOL, CompuServe, etc.
Static IP, no PPPoE make it a great choice at least for me.  I don't know
what DTV says about servers, but they are still managing one zone for me
directly.  I highly recommend them at least in the Miami, FL area.
