Actaully static, but provided by the ISP via dhcp. You *could* set the IP
address statically, but it is not necessary. Also, by using DHCP, you get
your routes and nameservers set automatically.

I don't think that you can reset this yourself. Power-cycling won't do
it, I don't think. But Telocity tech support can do this easily. Make
the call.
