Sendmail question

Using RH7.0 (w/updates) and sendmail-8.11.6...

When I add a new domain to /etc/mail/local-host-names or /etc/mail/relay-domains, should I...

a) type 'make' from within /etc/mail to recreate
   sendmail's hash databases

b) type 'service sendmail restart'

c) do nothing; the file is reread automatically
