newbie: routing to internal FTP server

I am a major newbie to Linux and am wondering how I can setup a simple
tunnel in from my Linux router box.   The idea is that I want to be able to
upload files to my Win 2k box which is on the internal side of my network
from school which is on the internet.   Ideas?   Details?   Simple
solutions?
