VT320 Emulation

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to do VT320 Terminal Emulation through the serial port 
in Linux?

Can xterm handle it? It doesn't specifically state that it handles VT320 but 
there is a termcap entry so I "think" it should work.

But how do I get xterm to attach to the serial port?
