SULOG_FILE parameter does not work

Subject: SULOG_FILE parameter does not work

   I am attempting to use /etc/login.defs to log al 'su' activity.

   After adding SULOG_FILE /var/log/sulog to /etc/login.defs, no information
is being logged.

     I don't think my 'su' PAM services file is at fault but not sure. Any
ideas?
