one more blast before i pack it in.  a good article about verisign's

in that article, choate gives the URL for the complaints division of
the FTC, who should be informed of this.  that URL is

  https://rn.ftc.gov/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01

perhaps a massive e-mailing to the FTC, complaining about verisign's
practices, might get their attention.
