MySQL connect with MySQL-FRONT (problem with host)

Hi,

    I have donwload the MySQL-FRONT, but my computer
is refused by the server.
I've added my ip address (for exemple : 172.20.90.50)
in the mysql host table.
Is some can tell me how to connect to MySQL database
with MySQL-FRONT for Windows ?
