Newcomers problem w/Mozilla

I'm new to Linux so please grant me patience. 

When trying to run Mozilla, I click on the taskbar icon and it opens a
window with the following text:

I just freshly installed RH Linux server v8.0 on a new box without
errors. Then I used up2date to download all the updates. Any help would
be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
