I use Sendmail, IMAP (which includes POP services), and OpenWebmail. Sendmail
has the capability to map virtual users and OpenWebmail will pick that up and
allow the users to login and send/receive with their respective domain-names
intact. OWM may work with Postfix, I'm not sure. Check out openwebmail.org to
find out more.
