Dear all,
I am in the unfortunate position that my linux can only connect to the
internet via a MS Proxy Server. However, every time when I try to connect to
a page via lynx I get the following message:
Invalid Header: 'Proxy Authenticate: NTLM'
Then
HTTP Error 407
407 Proxy Authentication Required
[...]
I am using RedHat 7.0
Environment: $http_proxy://srv_vl_002:80/ (which is the proxy
server)
i am starting lynx with: lynx -pauth=rmetzger:XXXX webaddress (user and
password are ok)
The setting works when I connect from an NT. I think it is something NT
proxy specific.
Any hints are highly appreciated.
Thanx
/rudy
