Network Neighborhood

I would like for people dialing into my Linux computer from Windows to be able to browse the Network Neighborhood and see the other Windows computers on my network. When someone is dialed in, they can put in the use Find and the IP address of the Windows computer on the network to see it and even map the drives, however, nothing shows up in their Net Neighborhood. Is this something to do with IPChains or what?
