Installation Problem for LInux 7.2

Hi

I have a Server which has RAID and SCSI set up on it. It has RED HAT 6.0 on 
it. I wanted to install RED HAT 7.2 on it. I have CD's of RED HAT.

The problem is that i am unable to boot from CD's. I checked the BIOS and all 
and it has an option of booting from CDROM and that is enabled.

I have official distribution of Mandrake and it does not even boot from it. 
Now i tried windows and windows boots from CD ROM which is quite strange.

Can anybody tell me if i am missing something in BIOS or somewhere. Please.
