You can use either NFS, FTP, or Samba (Samba uses the same protocol
(SMB/CIFS) as Windows does (in your above example) for file sharing. If you
have Windows machines on the same network that you want to share
files/printers with, then I'd recommend using Samba - it comes with RedHat
7.3 and most other Linux distros. There are many Samba HOWTOs available
online.
