Newbie Question About Power Saving

Hey all,
 I just wanted to ask everyone if anyone knew how to turn of the Linux 
powersaving feature in the console for redhat 7.2 so it doesnt go to sleep 
after 5 minutes.  I have a syslog server monitoring my network and it 
displays all log events to the console as well as writting to the log files. 
 It wonderful for debugging but I dont like plugging my mouse back in it 
every 5 mintues to read the screen.  Sorry if this is super trivial, I just 
cant find any information on how to do it.  Thanks for everyones time.
