I read about people having tons of problems with it posting to some
newsgroups. So I downloaded it and installed it. No problems.

You might ask on some newsgroups, or read through the messages. I don't
remember where I read it (it was on several), but it had to be one of
these:

comp.os.linux.misc

comp.os.linux.redhat
linux.redhat
linux.redhat.misc
