Moving GNOME Panel

Subject: Moving GNOME Panel

Hi.
The main GNOME panel has fiendishly moved to align itself with the right
hand border (East side ) of my desktop. :-(
I usually have it at the bottom.
How do I move the panel from the right hand side back to the bottom ???
