Re: Changing "localhost.localdomain"

I manually changed /etc/sysconfig/network.

Now I log and I have "MyComputer" as hostname.

BUT, when I try to compile, compilations generate an error message (but 
they end successfully):

"Could not canonicalize hostname: MyComputer"

lpd is giving hostname errors, too.

I tried issuing the hostname command, but I got the same results.

Any ideas?
