Re: Evolution can't contact ldap server

Hi,

I'm using Evolution 1.0.8 with MS Exchange LDAP server.  I noticed that
the configuration screen seems a tad quirky.  I tried numerous times and
was getting the same issue.  I knew I had the correct settings but it
would never connect.

After a while of deleting and creating and fiddling with the settings it
just started to work!  And I have a basic configuration, no
authentication and no search base.

So maybe just have a fiddle!  Also make sure you are running 1.0.8, as
far as I remember earlier version did not work.
