There are http-based downloads available.  Check for links at
http://www.redhat.com/download/mirror.html

Please note that the web site is *extremely* busy with today's
announcement of 8.0 and if you're in a hurry, you'd be far better off
going to a local computer store (if you have one) and picking up a
packaged distro.  I would expect all the mirror sites to be swamped for
days as well.
