Simple Traffic Monitor

A few weeks ago, someone asked if there was a simple netowrk traffic
monitor for Linux GUI. I deleted the message and cant find one to download
that is simple. What I want is an applet that I can put on my KDE Kicker
(or a regular app that I can just have on the desktop) that will allow me
to see a graph of network traffic to and from my workstation. Nothing
ellaborate, just a simple graph. Is there such a thing?
