Setting SEMNMI etc.

Preparing to install Oracle 9i on a new RH 7.2 system.

The installation guide wants me to set a number of kernel parameters. I tells me to write a script to set these at system startup. I'm thinking there is a configuration file that contains these initial values but am striking out.
