Re: Name server problem?



Most probably you have not configured DNS server addresses for your
machine.
Check the file '/etc/resolv.conf'. There should be the lines in the
form:

nameserver 1.2.3.4

which contain addresses of one or more DNS servers. You can add there
the
addresses of you ISP's DNS servers.
