Forcing 100Mbps Full Duplex

Hi,

I have 2 Red Hat 8 machines, one of them containing an
eepro100 and the other a 3c59x.

I need to set both of the cards to 100Mbps full
duplex, and use the mii-tool utility to do this via
the command:

mii-tool -F 100baseTx-FD

However, when I reboot the setting goes back to
Autonegotiate, which means it will autoneg at 100Mbps
Half duplex.

How can I fix this permanently so each boot makes it
come up 100Mbps full?
